RG offers a choice of 65mm pan/tilt borehole camera and 44mm or 90mm 'dual-cameras' with sideways and forward viewing capability. Viewing direction, camera focus and lighting intensity are controlled from the dedicated surface unit. An option exists to control the slim camera directly from the micrologger, recording onto an external DVD drive All models include internal lighting and arange of external lighting heads is available for larger borehole diameters up to 1m.
RG cameras operate on 3/16" or 1/4" coaxial cable to depths of 500mm and 1200m, respectively. The same cable and winch may also be used for logging.
